Vera Amoris Foundation – Pinnacle Radiance Group, Creating Wealth through innovative thinking

Assist in defending and rehabilitating women and children who are victims of abuse.
Assist the indigent in the society
Protect and provide for the welfare of the less privileged women and children in Nigeria particularly
Offer Economic Empowerment to women through skill acquisition and education.

The Foundation was founded on the ideals of its Founding Chairman, Kins Ekebuike, Ph.D, who believes that there is innate quality in every human being to rise above poverty and become great in society no matter the circumstance of his birth/ background.

He (the Foundation Chairman) started the indigent upliftment programme from his village, Ovim Isukwato, Abia State where he suffered deprivation, poverty and serious survival challenges as a youth having lost both of his parents the same year at the age of ten. Today, he has surmounted all challenges of an orphan to become a Ph.D holder, an aspirant to the bar in Nigeria Law School (NLS), and a Chartered Insurer of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and London as well as Specialist, Institute of Risk Management of London. At the same time he is the Group Chairman, Pinnacle Radiance Group of Companies Ltd that is into Education, Pharmaceuticals, Estate Development, Consultancy, Insurance Broking, Agriculture, and Co-operative Society, among others.

In his Rural Community, Ovim, he sponsored many Indigent Youths from primary through secondary schools to the University Level, buying and donating laptops,

et cetera for these students.

To actualize his belief that education is the Bedrock of a successful future for all, indigents inclusive, Under the Programme, EDUCATION FOR ALL, he founded Pinnacle Model School and College, New G.R.A Enugu where some students enjoy Free Tuition Education. Today over two hundred pupils/ students have benefitted from this programme.

It was from all these that the inspiration for a foundation was conceptualized and made a reality under Veraamoris Foundation.

Ever since the birth of Veraamoris, many indigent citizens of Nigeria have smiled. The foundation has consistently carried on her outreach to

Hospitals paying medical bills for those that could not settle their medical bills
Empowering indigent women to start food stuff business
Empowering young Nigerians on skill acquisition on INFOTECH et cetera.
