A practicing COREN Engineer with over 20 years experience in oil & gas industry as well as construction industry. Have practical design and construction experience in both domestic and industrial three phase installations. Worked as a project electrical consultant / contractor in SIXXCO tank farm electrification project at Akwa-Ibom State Worked in Eleme Petrochemical Co. Ltd(EPCL) as an industrial trainee engineer 1998. Worked as Instrument Engineer in various SPDC flow stations in SPDC maintenance department and lastly as SPDC Company Site Representative in AG Compressor project for gas recovery at Adibawa Flow Station Domgas site. EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Dr. Kins U. Ekebuike who graduated from University of Nigeria in 1986 with a B.A (Hons) Degree started his insurance career in 1988 as a Graduate Trainee in Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation. He outstandingly qualified as an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of London in 1991. In 1992, he also obtained the Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and later in 2001, obtained a Masters Degree in international Law and Diplomacy (M.I.L.D.), specializing in International Law and Finance. Kins Ekebuike, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC), also holds a Ph.D in International Relations and Strategic Studies.
He started holding management positions early enough in his career following his unequalled performance in the professional examination as he was appointed the Area Manager (East) of Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation in 1992 with the onerous responsibility of overseeing the activities of over twenty-five insurance companies in the then old Eastern Region of Nigeria, among other responsibilities. He resigned this position to move to NICON as the Zonal Manager (Enugu) in 1995.
These two positions helped in sharpening his intellect and deepening his knowledge of insurance, Risk Management and General Management early, enough hence he has a wide range of experience in the insurance industry, spanning Reinsurance, Zonal Management, Research and Planning as well as underwriting.
He has worked in, among others, Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation as well as in NICON Insurance Corporation, holding many responsible senior positions. On retirement from Unitykapital, Dr Kins Ekebuike has been involved in the management of many of his companies, among them are Radiance Insurance Brokers Ltd, Pinnacle Model Schools and Radiance Pharmacy Ltd as well as engaging in Consultancy Services through his Diamonds and Diasies Risks Consultancy Ltd and Radiance Pinnacle Managers Risks Consulting Ltd. He currently Consults for the House of Representative Committee on Insurance and Actuarial Matters, among others.

Dr. Kins Ekebuike has attended many local and international courses, among these was the Executive Management Development Programme of Wits Business School, University of Witswatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Dr. Ekebuike is a member, the Institute of Director (M.IOD) and he was on the Board of Directors of many Companies, including FUG Pensions (a licensed Pensions Administrator) and Health Care Securities Limited (an NHIS registered health care organization). He is Specialist, the institute of Risk Management (SIRM), London as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management (FCILRM)
In 2012, he became a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FIIN) after successfully going through all the rigorous qualifying processes. He is also member, Nigerian Institute of Marketing (MNIM)
He is a thorough bred insurance professional having spent over twenty-nine uninterrupted years in the Insurance Industry; 23 of these years have been spent at various management levels.
On leaving UnityKapital in 2014, Dr. Kins Ekebuike, who had earlier invested heavily in his Private Companies starting from three Companies; namely, Pinnacle Model Schools Group (Nursery, Primary and Secondary), Pinnacle Radiance Nigeria Ltd and Reliance Pinnacle (Nig) Ltd (between 1998 and 2003), launched himself into piloting the Affairs of Pinnacle Radiance Group, the holding company of his companies. Today, the Group has interests in Schools, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance Broking, Consultancy and Petrochemicals, to mention just four areas. He is also the chairman of Veraamoris Foundation, a foundation dedicated to anti -Illicit Financial Flows Advocacy.

OFONDU, Ndubuisi Stanley (General Manager, Administration).
Mr Ofondu joined the Radiance Insurance Brokers as the General Manager (Administration) Overseeing the General Administration and Management of the Company. Stanley Ndubuisi Ofondu was bom in Ovim, in Isuikwuato Local Government Area ofAbia State on November 30,1965. He had his early education at Ovim Central School between 1970 and 1975. He obtained his West African School Certificate with Grade One in 1980 from Isuikwuato High School. In 1981, he proceeded to the old Imo State University as a pioneer student. He graduated in 1985 with a B.A. (Hons) in History. He did his one-year mandatory National Youth Service in Port Harcourt (1985 – 1986). He later went for his Post-Graduate Degree and obtained a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He has attended several courses within and outside the country during which he acquired various certificates in Insurance and Risk Management. He also holds a Diploma Certificate in Computer Studies.
Mr. Ofondu possesses vast experience in General Administration and Management, spanning several years in the public and private sectors during which he managed human and material resources. He cut his working tooth between January 1981 and August 1981 as a young School Leaver when he served the old Imo State Government as an Accounts Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Owerri. Between 1987 and 1989, he was the Senior Administrative Manager of Tara Industries (PVT) Ltd, a Cosmetic and Chemical Industry based in Lagos. From 1989 to 1999, he was the Group Administrative Manager of Onkar Ltd, a Transport and Logistics Company. After working as a Sales Executive in NICON Insurance Corporation, from 2000 – 2002, he became the Supervisor in the Office of the Special Assistant to the Abia State Governor on Internally Generated Revenue (2002 – 2004). In 2005, Mr. Ofondu became the Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of RANGK Ltd, Lagos – assisting the Executive Chairman in the day to day running of the Organization. RANGK Ltd are Ship Owners/Ship Operators. They also provide Maritime Consultancy and Offshore Support Services.

Prof Ekekwe holds two doctoral and four master’s degrees including a PhD in electrical & computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA and MBA from University of Calabar, Nigeria. A US semiconductor industry veteran, his working experiences include Diamond Bank, Analog Devices Corp and NNPC. In Analog Devices, he worked in the team that designed a generation XL for the iPhone and he created the company’s first wafer level chip scale package for inertial sensor. He writes regularly at Harvard Business Review, and previously served in the United States National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center E&D Committee for four years.
Prof Ekekwe is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors, Temple & AegeanDas, a Lagos investment banking firm. He is the Co-Chairman / President of JPL Financial Group, a California-based investment advisory firm that he co-founded with John Lee, a former SVP of UBS and Morgan Stanley. Prof Ekekwe holds two doctoral and four master’s degrees including a PhD in electrical & computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA and MBA from University of Calabar, Nigeria. He obtained BEng from Federal University of Technology, Owerri Nigeria where he graduated as his class best student. A US semiconductor industry veteran, his working experiences include Diamond Bank, Analog Devices Corp and NNPC. In Analog Devices, he worked in the team that designed a generation XL for the iPhone and he created the company’s first wafer level chip scale package for inertial sensor. He writes regularly at Harvard Business Review, and previously served in the United States National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center E&D Committee for four years.

Dr. Chinedu has over 25 years’ experience in policy development and planning, budget formulation and management, revenue administration, financial reporting and analysis, risk analysis and management, and legal drafting. Dr. Chinedu Eze, who had been the Managing Director of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (Now Universal Insurance Pic) and a one-time special adviser on Economic Affairs to the Enugu State Government, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII). He holds an HND in Insurance from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu. He also holds LLB, MBA (Banking and Finance) and PhD (Banking and Finance) from University of Nigeria as well as a BL from the Nigerian Law School.
In the last decade, he has been involved in an extensive number of short term consultancy assignments for major international development agencies such as The UK Department for International Development (DFID), The World Bank, European Union, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and British Council.
